Let us introduce to you the new winter A la carte menu of Hotel Trakošćan.
From October 15, 2019 our hotel restaurant is offering a new selection of dishes. A la carte menu is combination of local dishes from Varaždin region and Central European cuisine. We offer you a selection of favorite dishes like beef tartar, deer stew and “Zagorski Štukli” dessert. We have not forgotten about vegetarians who can taste our risotto, vegetables or salads.
New A la carte menu was created by Chef of Hotel Trakošćan hotel, Ms. Ljiljana Sedlanič and Executive Chef of Adriatic Tourist Resorts, Mr. Róbert Hudák.
